Eric Jansson is a Senior Program Manager for the Ed-Fi Alliance and manages the data standards published by the Alliance. Eric’s career has centered on building learning software for schools, with a particular focus on learning management systems for K12 and higher education. In those roles, he has been a developer, technical lead and product manager. Experiencing the pain and lost opportunity of non-interoperable systems has in the past led to his work with IMS Global and other standards, and to his current work at the Ed-Fi Alliance.
