Credential Engine is a non-profit organization promoting credential transparency through the open-licensed Credential Registry (CR) and Credential Transparency Description Language (CTDL) as well as a prototype search application (WorkIt). Credential Engine promotes an open applications marketplace and seeks collaboration across initiatives that are developing data models, vocabularies, and schemas for more transparent credentialing. Learn how this work is directly related to IMS standards for CBE, extended transcripts, and Open Badges for improving credentialing.
