David Goodrum, Ed.D., is a member of the IMS Global Higher Education Institutional Leadership Board. At Oregon State University, he is Director of Academic Technology for Information Services, the central IT organization. Academic Technology's mission is to enrich OSU's academic ecosystem, enable innovative pedagogy and information sharing through effective use of technology, and enhance the student experience.
In a prior position at Indiana University, David Goodrum served as Director of Teaching and Learning Technologies for University Information Technology Services. Goodrum has been involved in conducting pilot evaluations and functional analysis of multiple learning management systems and related collaboration and media management tools.
