As application architect specializing in integration, Claude is working on Cengage LMS gateway, which centralizes the LMS integration for all Cengage's products. Claude has also been the architect of the MindApp program, an LTI based integration allowing selected partners to integrate with Cengage's flagship courseware platform, Mindtap.

Claude is a co-chair of the LTI working group.
